Different molds can be used to produce different shapes with kinds of names. Such as:  Anwllini, Chiocciole, Calamarata,Conchiglie, Ditalini, Elicoidali, Farfalle, Fusilli, Lumache, Penne, Pincinelli, Rotelle, Spaghetti, Stortini and etc. It has long cut pasta and short cut pasta two different production lines.
