2. The Major Performance & Structural Features:

This production line is configured according to the conventional bagging process. The entire production process is highly automated and meets China's GMP hygiene standards.The structure that is often disassembled and washed is connected by easy-to-disassemble parts to ensure that it is hygienic and convenient to handle when changing shifts or changing products.

7. Screw discharge nozzle adopts modular design, which is easy to adjust and cheap.
8. The cutting system, the independent cutting device, is convenient and fast to connect with the machine body. The variable speed cutting head can easily adjust the cutter and the gap between the cutter and the template. Different templates can be prepared according to needs to ensure the required material diameter and length, and produce products with different specifications and shapes. 9. Capable of processing ¢ 1-20mm round products (templates are customized as required).
